The results on this sale are insane. But honestly, the history of the home is even more interesting. This seller reached out to me in June about listing this home with a fascinating backstory. The original owner had owned the property since the early 90s and unfortunately was taken too early by cancer. She LOVED her cats, and actually passed the home to her kitties in her will!! The stipulation was that the home would be offered to the caretakers of her babies, free of charge, until the cats passed away. A series of four separate occupants subsequently cared for both the home and fur babies over the course of 13 years. The results? A sale $55,000 above the average $380,081 2-bedroom in the 98408 zip code of Tacoma.
